There are two slightly different
versions of PD Pro - it's either called 'PD Pro Digital Painter' or
'Project
Dogwaffle Professional'. By now you probably have version 3.5 or 3.6,
but earlier 3.x versions will work too. You must have a legitimate copy
of v3.x. Demo
versions, earlier version (2.x, 1.x), freeware versions, cracks and
illegally obtained downloads are not entitled to this update.

but you might have found it on a
demo CD with an upgradeable unlock key or obtained an NFR copy for
review etc...

Also, if you do have a downloaded web edition, be sure to burn a backup
copy on backup
CD of your original installer in case you haven't done so yet.
